(1) If the person claiming such property does not appear within the specified period of 6 months, then the auction will not be done according to sub-section (2) of section 21, then the property will be auctioned according to the order of the Chief District Officer.
(2) According to the sub-section (1) of the money sold by auction and the money sold by auction in accordance with the sub-section (2) of the section 21 without any right being maintained, the Government of Nepal will receive it after 6 months.
